Tabernacle glamping in the West Country

Hands up – who didn’t love playing house when they were little? Well, now grown-ups have the chance! These fabulous retreats are known as Tabernacles – based on the historic design of traditional, prefab ‘tin tabernacles’ that were once used by Methodist preachers throughout the South West. Today, they make cute, comfortable and utterly unique glamping accommodation and even come complete with their own en suite facilities, heating and electricity!

Glamping in Cornwall: Our tantalising treat of a totally tremendous tin tabernacle is truly terrific. It sits in some of the prettiest countryside you'll ever come across - and even has its own private hot tub.
