To aid your outdoor experience, a patio set and fire-pit barbecue are provided, perfect for those times that you want to feel miles away from the hustle and bustle without letting go of traditional outside creature comforts.
Sat in several acres of stunning grounds and surrounded by farmland, you couldn't feel more at one with mother nature here - you will be treated to a glorious collection of trees, wildlife, farm animals and seasonal flowers; poppies, cornflowers and daffodils to name just a few. Walking in and around the surrounding grounds is also such a treat, as you have your very own nature trail around the wood, ponds and pretty surroundings.
However, it's not all about outside, this beautiful shepherd's hut is really special itself. The clever design makes it a real home-from-home, complimented with some original yet comfortable furnishings, you will fall in love instantly. From a romantic wood-burner to an en suite shower-room, so you can enjoy complete comfort and privacy, all topped off with a fabulous king-size bed to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect!
Out and About
Should you be able to tear yourself away, there are many attractions close by. You really have the best of both worlds in this beautiful location, as a short drive will find you in the heart of many of south Devon's most popular town and villages such as Dartmouth, Brixham, Totnes and Kingsbridge, all offering something very special in their own unique ways.
The infamous naval town of Dartmouth is right on your doorstep, boasting many delightful cafes, welcoming pubs and top-class eateries. It's also home to two of the most ideal and secluded coves, Castle Cove and Sugary Cove - the perfect places for an afternoon of relaxation, followed by a treat at the Dartmouth Castle Tea Rooms.
You also have your pick of some of south Devon's most fabulous beaches - the action-packed Blackpool Sands, historically renowned Slapton Sands, which is famous for its role in the Allied preparations for the D-Day landings, to the glorious sandy beaches of Bigbury, Thurlestone and Salcombe, all just a short drive away. Whether you are seeking water sports and action or a lazy day relaxing, there's something for everyone.
A day on the beach followed by a spot of good food whilst watching the sun go down is just one of the many fabulous ways to spend your time in this beautiful part of the world. This idyllic hideaway and its fabulous location offer it all.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.
For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
A non-refundable booking fee of £34 is payable per booking.
